Pack your bags, quilty friends—it’s road trip time! Join us as we head west to one of the biggest and most inspiring quilting events in the country: the Road to California Quilt Show. From breathtaking quilts and top vendors to classes, shopping, and nonstop inspiration, this trip is all about quilting, community, and fun.
What’s Included:
- Luxury Coach Transportation – Depart promptly at 7:00 AM on Wednesday, Jan. 21 from Cactus Quilt Shop. Sit back, relax, and enjoy fun and games on the way!
- Road to California Quilt Show Admission – We’ll drop you right at the show doors around 2:30 PM Wednesday.
- A Full Day at the Show – Thursday is yours to explore the quilts, shop the vendors, and take in all the inspiration from open to close.
- Two Nights at the DoubleTree Hotel – Comfortable accommodations with your choice of single or double occupancy.
- Group Dinner at El Torito – On Thursday evening, we’ll gather for a lively Mexican buffet with your fellow travelers.
- Guided by Quilty Pros – Your tour hosts Heidi Burruel and Melody David-Baker will make sure everything runs smoothly—and keep the fun rolling!

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We know that sometimes life throws us a curve. If you need to cancel your trip, refunds will be available until December 1, 2025. After that date, we’re only able to offer a refund in the case of personal illness or if we can fill your seat from the waiting list. 💕
Thank you for understanding that many of our costs are set in advance, and your spot is important to making this trip possible for everyone.

By registering for this trip, you acknowledge that Cactus Quilt Shop is acting only as a coordinator and is not responsible for the performance of the bus company, hotel, or any third-party vendors. Cactus Quilt Shop cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, damages, or losses that may occur during the course of the trip.
