Starting with a printed panel, Deb will guide you through techniques to enhance, alter, and truly bring your image to life using expressive thread painting and mixed media approaches.

You’ll explore thread selection, color blending, and free-motion stitching, along with the addition of fibers like wool roving, yarns, and specialty materials to push your work beyond traditional quilting and into the world of textile art.

A Quick Note About Class Supplies: 

Your class fee covers instruction plus a basic materials fee.  Other supplies are sold separately​,  You'll receive a supply list by email as we get closer to the class date.  Many of the items will be available at Cactus Quilt Shop.  Registered students receive 10% off all class-related purchases.

Cancellation Policy for 2 Day Classes:

To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 45 days before the first day of class. If you cancel less than 45 days in advance, all registration fees are non-refundable.

Sometimes classes are cancelled due to low enrollment. If that happens, you’ll receive a full refund. To avoid buying supplies for a class that may not run, we recommend calling the teacher or the shop to confirm that the class is a go before making your purchases.
