Hand-y-Makers Group
A Handwork & Slow-Stitch Gathering
(No sewing machines, please)
Formerly known as Stitchery Circle, the Hand-y-Makers Group is a relaxed, welcoming gathering for anyone who loves handwork in all its forms.
This is a no-machine day, intentionally designed to slow things down and focus on the rhythm and joy of working by hand. Bring whatever hand project you’re currently enjoying—appliqué, embroidery, wool work, hand quilting, cross-stitch, knitting, crochet, or another hand-based craft.
There’s no formal instruction and no pressure to keep up. Hand-y-Makers is about conversation, creativity, and connection, with plenty of time to stitch, share ideas, and be inspired by what others are making.
What to Expect
- Handwork only — no sewing machines
- Bring any hand project you love
- A friendly, social, come-as-you-are atmosphere
- Perfect for slow stitching and creative connection
✨ Whether you stay for the whole time or just drop in, Hand-y-Makers is a cozy space to make, relax, and enjoy the simple pleasure of creating with your hands.
Registration is encouraged but not required. Please drop in even if you didn't have a chance to register.
